1 Installation of CMC (Central Management Controller) software CMC Server can't be installed. Do you use Windows XP? If so, please use other Windows OS. For more detail, please refer to Read Me file.
2 When CMC Server is being installed, "Internet Information Server 4.0 or later is required" is displayed. In case of Windows 7
(Please consult your administrator for other Windows OS.)
1. Open "Control Panel".
2. Click "Program and Function" in the Control Panel.
3. Click "Enable or disable of function" in the left side menu.
4. Click check box of "Windows Internet Information Service".
Check box is filled in gray.
3 Old version of .NET Framework is installed in Windows. By referring Read Me file, install appropriate version of .NET Framework.

4 Other manufacturer's Information Is it possible to monitor other manufacturer's information? Yes it is, but not all manufacturer's.
5 Tool and Tab on CMC Console Service Setting:
I can't change Password of CMC Console.
Click "Setting (Spanner)" icon of menu bar of CMC Console and click "Change Password" in side menu on setting screen. Enter new password and click "Change Password", then click "OK".
Service Setting;
I forgot Password of CMC Console.
In the PC which CMC Server is installed, execute " C:\Program Files\Panasonic\Central Management Controller Server\CMC.PasswordRecoveryTool.exe". You can reset Password.
Update Status:
I can't view counter information as a graph.
Do you use Windows Internet Explorer 8? If so, please use Internet Explorer 9 or later. Or use Google Chrome / Firefox.
Statistics:
I can't see device or PC information in Update Status.
It is automatically displayed when update software for device or PC is available.
Server Access :
I can't access CMC Server from CMC Console.
In the PC which CMC Server is installed, check "Internet Information Server" settings.

4. Click "+" icon of "Windows Internet Information Service".
5. Click "+" icon of "World Wide Web Services".
6. Click "+" icon of "Application Development Features".
7. Click check box of "ASP .NET 4.6".
Check box is filled in gray.
